By placing an order trough our site you automatically agree to these terms listed below.

All orders shipped outside of EU, the buyer assumes all responsibility for import clearance, duties, administrative costs, and any other costs upon import as well as transport to the final destination.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. ´

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you.
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact form on our website.

Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. 

Undelivered packages & Not picked up packages

If your order isn't picked up from your selected location within 14 days of delivery and returned back to us, a fee of 200kr will be deducted from your refund. 

Renaming & Redirect packages

If you want to redirect your package or change the name of the recipient, a fee of 200kr will be charged via Swish to our company telephone number. After the payment is done we will change the name.


We use DB Schenker and estimated delivery time is 1-3 days within Sweden from the time your order has left our warehouse. For orders outside of Sweden, we want you to be aware that it might take longer than 1-3 days for your order to arrive. This is because the package changes shipping carrier depending on what country you live in which will add extra time.

Always bring a valid ID when collecting your package from your DB Schenker agent.

Climate Compensated Freight

The transport sector accounts for about 22 percent of the world's greenhouse gas emissions. That is why we use Db Schenker as our transport company because they are climate compensating for all shipments within Sweden. You can read more about it here.


Our returnpolicy is 30 days from when you pick up your order from your DB Schenker agent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and follow these steps:

1. Send an email to with your order number and we will send you a shipping label.

2. Fill out the return form that you got in your package and put in with your product.

3. Leave the package at a Db Schenker agent.

4. We will refund you for the product/products when we receive the package and all products are inspected and approved. 50kr will be deducted for the return shipping (only in Sweden).

5. If you want a new product or the same product in a different size, follow the steps above then place a new order.

You can always bring your order to one of our stores and we will help you with the return cost free.


If you have a complaint concerning a product you have bought from Patches And Pins, we advise you to follow these steps:

Send an email with the following information to Order number & the issue/complaint or visit one of our stores.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-10 workdays.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
